My is fitness a journey! Let me tell you, after an eating disorder, two kids, and being in your thirty’s it’s a marathon not a sprint. I say this to encourage you! Not until after my first kid did I start fighting in Jiu Jitsu tournaments and racing in half Iron man triathlons. No matter where you are currently at you can get a handle on your health and fitness. I have spent the last 7 years coaching a variety of ages as a certified personal trainer in HIIT style workouts as well as weight lifting. I have coached athletes, kids, elderly, injured and high level competitors. The one thing that remains consistent is that if you put in the time and effort you will see results.
